IMG_1337Why Connections Coaching?

Do you hold the belief that we are all connected, and that your health and well being has an impact on all the many facets of your life?

Do you want to be connected deeply with yourself and the world around you in order to have a sense of peace in your life?

Do you feel that becoming more of who you are and living from a place of authenticity will help you to uncover a way to feel content and happy?

Do you feel like there is more to life?  But you just can’t put your finger on it?

If you said yes to these questions…..then I want to work alongside you. I am a believer in these connections, as are the clients I work with.

Coaching is defined as the process of working alongside another; to gain clarity about what is important to you right now in your life, and setting goals and action steps that will get you there.

But underneath that, what really happens in a coaching session?

You will begin to feel more confident, motivated, enthusiastic, clear, and have much less stress in your life.

You will be able to easily define the direction you want to go, in ways that work for your life right now.

A few personal tidbits…

I live on Quadra Island in B.C.  which suits me well as it is naturally beautiful, and the community is small and wonderfully supportive.  I moved from the lower mainland (just outside of Vancouver, BC) to Quadra Island in 1991 with my husband and two daughters.

Professionally my early work life was primarily focused in the accounting and administration fields, including working in office management and financial administration.

My initial coach training was done through Health Action Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA where I was certified as a Circle of Life coach.  This health and wellness training program has a holistic approach to well being, which really resonates with me.

I have worked as a Recovery Coach at Sunshine Coast Health Centre in Powell River, BC. in 2011, which is where I realized that I also have a passion for working with folks in recovery.
